Modules “Buran-0.5” due to their small overall dimensions are recommended for protection of electrical cabinets, cable wells, storage cells in warehouses, rack spaces, suspended ceilings, false floors, etc.
At the present time, on the basis of Buran-0.5, projects have been developed to protect cabinets with high-voltage electric equipment for commuter trains (electric trains) and track machines for various purposes (snow-removal, track-layers, motor-drifts, etc.) of JSCo «Russian Railways», fire extinguishing systems for the rolling stock of the Moscow Monorail transport system, in spaces behind suspended ceilings of buildings belonging to CJSC “KB GUTA-BANK” and many other facilities.
Currently, Buran-0.5 modules are used to protect spaces behind a false ceiling, under raised floors, on track machines for various purposes (snowploughs, track-layers, motor-drifts, etc.) of JSC “RZD”, fire extinguishing systems are mounted on various types of construction equipment and many other objects.
