Automatic ASOTP Fire Detection and Extinguishing System for land transport

Purpose:
– address automatic detection of emergency temperature rise of the environment in the protected compartments;
– address light and sound warning of the driver about an emergency increase in the temperature of the environment and faults of the ASOTP elements;
– starting of fire extinguishing means in manual or automatic modes.
Additional features:
– self-testing of ASOTP elements;
-change the number of protected compartments from one to four;
– Programmed time delay of automatic start of fire extinguishing means;
– recording of occurring events in nonvolatile memory;
– engine shutdown when the fire detector is activated;
– activation of the vehicle’s sound signal when the fire detector is activated;
– transmitting signals about the state of ASOTP using GLONASS / GPS;
-transmission of signals about the state of ASOTP using the “GAN-bus”;
-Assorting ASOTP on a system of many units (up to three).

Purpose:
Monitoring of the temperature of the environment in the protected compartment with the issuance of a signal about an emergency increase in temperature (the operating temperature is selected depending on the temperature in the protected compartment)

Extinguishing media
Purpose:
– fire extinguishing when electric impulse is applied to contacts of electric activator

As extinguishing agents, it is possible to use a wide range of powder extinguishing modules “Buran”, or generators of fire extinguishing aerosol “TOR”, “Doping”

It is intended for automatic detection of emergency overheating or ignition of equipment in the protected compartments of the vehicle, alerting the driver of an emergency and addressing the extinguishing of the fire that has arisen.
In the protected compartments there are installed linear thermal detectors and automatic fire extinguishing means.
In the event of a temperature increase in the protected compartments (real fire mode), the system issues an audible and warning light.
The driver of the vehicle takes measures to stop and evacuate passengers.
Extinguishing media are automatically started, or manually by the driver by pressing the start button.
Advantages of ASOTP in comparison with the previous versions:

Self-diagnosis of the device with a light indication;

Failure control (break and short circuit) on the PI and CT channels with the issuance of the address indication;

Monitoring and signaling of temperature increase in the protected compartment with the issuance of an address light indication and a sound signal;

The launch of CT extinguishing means;

Possibility of forced starting of all ST fire fighting equipment in case of a fault in the alarm system.
